I think the most important part about being a nanny is having a paternal instinct. Understanding that all children are different and special. I would treat any child as I would treat my own. If they are in my care, I would protect them the same way I would my own children and look after them fiercely. Making sure they were safe, healthy and happy would be my top priority.
