Hey there, I'm Chey! I've been a full time nanny for a few years now. I have years of childcare experience though, with children of all ages. I’m currently fully employed so only looking for occasional weekday evenings and weekends. I attended virtual school throughout my high school years so it gave me plenty of time to be able to work and build my skills and realize that this is what I love to do, I can't imagine anything else. When I'm not working you can find me searching fb marketplace for furniture to flip, thrifting, camping or cooking. I'm a very family oriented, bright, positive and unique person. I'm able and willing to do anything that may be needed, organization, meal preparation, running errands, pet care, etc.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love art myself so I really enjoy helping children make their own whether it be painting or drawing, I love the outdoors so anything creative we can do outside. Love helper chairs so they can help in the kitchen! I’ve found that they really enjoy that as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Kids absorb everything that goes on around them, I think it’s extremely important to make them feel excited and heard everyday. I try my absolute best to engage with them in the best way I can, and to teach them as much as possible with the time I have with them. They’re changing everyday and you never know what new things they’re going to come up with tomorrow or the next, it’s so exciting!

The most important part about being a nanny...

When my last little girl I watched after finally said my name “Chey Chey”. I’d cared for her for over a year, and just a week before I had to leave her I finally got her to say my name and it made my heart so full!
