The most important part for me is being present for the milestones my little ones achieve and knowing I’m part of their growth, learning, and safety. I have cared for children on different parts of the autism spectrum and understand the importance of patience, consistency, and adapting to each child’s individual needs. I focus on creating a calm, supportive environment while encouraging growth through routines, play, and positive reinforcement. My CNA and CPR training also give me the skills to respond with both care and professionalism.

My favorite nanny moments are when I get to see growth in the children I care for! Whether it’s learning to read, taking their first steps, talking more, eating better, improving in school, or just communicating with more confidence. Watching them reach milestones and knowing I had a part in supporting that growth is the most rewarding part of being a nanny.
