More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I worked one-on-one with children with autism and developmental differences to build communication, social, and daily living skills. I’m also a U.S. Army veteran and former Dental Specialist, which strengthened my professionalism, organization, and ability to remain calm under pressure. As a mom, I also understand the importance of creating a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for children.
In addition to my experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I’ve provided childcare for infants, toddlers, and school-aged children in both professional and private settings. My responsibilities have included preparing meals, creating engaging activities, assisting with routines, supporting developmental milestones, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that help children learn through play. Some of my favorite activities include reading, arts and crafts, sensory play, music and dancing, puzzles, outdoor walks, trips to the park, library visits, playgrounds, and imaginative play. I also enjoy helping with homework, encouraging independence, and supporting developmental milestones while making sure children feel safe, happy, and included.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe every child deserves to feel seen, heard, and encouraged. I strive to create meaningful relationships with the children I care for while helping them build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Knowing I’ve made a positive impact on a child’s life is the most rewarding part of being a nanny
My experience with special needs children...
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I have experience working one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental differences. I use patience, positive reinforcement, and individualized strategies to support communication, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I understand that every child is unique and believe in creating a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where they can thrive.
In addition to my professional experience, I’m also the mother of a young child with autism, which has given me an even deeper understanding of the importance of patience, consistency, communication, and individualized care.

The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite moments is seeing a child accomplish something they once found difficult. Whether it’s hearing a new word, watching them master a new skill, or seeing the excitement on their face after reaching a goal they’ve worked hard for, those moments remind me why I love caring for children. Being part of their growth and celebrating those little victories is incredibly rewarding.

Babysitter Available in Pensacola, FL: Haileigh T.
Hi! I have grown up taking care of kids within my family and desperately need a side job! I’m 17 and am trying my very best to keep my family afloat and help my mom to be able to pay rent. My hours are extremely flexible and I have my own form of transportation. I love being around kids and playing with them and doing entertaining kids, (that’s most of the reason I’ve taken care of so many kids in my family haha).

I'm very responsible and caring and want to help families by providing a safe fun environment for their children while also helping out the parents in what they may need an extra hand in. As the eldest daughter i've been taking care of younger siblings since I can remember and have been single handling taking care of my youngest brother who is special needs since I was 13! I love creating fun activities and projects, cleaning, and most importantly keeping those in my care safe. I feel I must add anything I earn is going towards a car fund so I can help fully in anything the family may need.
