The most important part about being a nanny...
My grandad passed away while I was working at the daycare and I remember sitting in the circle time area and just bawling my eyes out(silently) and one of my most active baby(who normally wakes up just screaming and crying) got out of his bed and just ran to me and fell asleep in my arms. In that moment i knew he felt I needed a hug and I did. That was the sweetest thing ever and I will always remember that moment.
