"Chris has babysat my two kids (ages 3 and 6) a few times now, and I genuinely can’t recommend him enough. He’s responsible, kind, and actually pays attention to the kids, which unfortunately isn’t always a given with sitters. Each time he’s watched them, I’ve come home to stories about the games they played and places they had been to ( The MET, Museum of Natural history, Central Park, Libraries, etc.) He’s great about keeping them busy without just putting them in front of a screen. He also handled their little sibling arguments really well and kept the energy calm without being too strict.
What I appreciate most is that he talks to them, not just at them. He listens when they’re being weird or loud or asking endless questions, and you can tell he actually enjoys spending time with them. He’s always on time, checks in with me about anything important, and leaves the place tidy."
