I’m a 21-year-old female with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Conflict from the University of Central Florida, where I focused on family conflict. I’ve spent the past three years working directly with children—first as a substitute teacher for two years, then as a behavior intervention specialist for one year. My passion for working with kids started early; I’ve been volunteering with children since high school and come from a big family myself—I’m the oldest of five siblings, so I understand the importance of patience, structure, and care. I’m also trained in CPR and First Aid from my time as a lifeguard (currently in the process of renewing my certifications).
