More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

During my time at the child care center, I gained valuable experience working with children of all ages, from infants to older kids. In the infant room, I handled various tasks like changing diapers, feeding, and ensuring they had a peaceful nap time. I also engaged them in playtime activities to stimulate their development.

In the older classroom, I had the opportunity to work on exciting and hands-on projects with the children. We delved into reading, assisted with homework, and explored creative outlets to encourage their growth and learning. It was a rewarding experience to witness their progress and see their confidence bloom

As a nanny, I provided personalized care for individual families, tailoring my approach to meet the specific needs and interests of the children. I bring a wealth of knowledge and a genuine love for working with kids to every new opportunity that comes my way.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoor activities
1. Arts and crafts: From painting and drawing to making collages and sculptures
2. Storytime and imaginative play

3. Science experiments: Conducting simple science experiments, like making homemade volcanoes or exploring the properties of water

4. Cooking and baking

Outdoor activities:
1. Swimming: Whether it's at a nearby pool or a day at the beach, I prioritize water safety while having a blast splashing, playing games, and teaching swimming techniques.
2. Nature walks and scavenger hunts: Exploring the great outdoors, identifying plants and animals, and going on scavenger hunts helps children connect with nature and develop their observation skills.
3. Sports and games: From soccer and basketball to tag and relay races, I enjoy organizing fun and energetic sports activities that promote teamwork, coordination, and healthy competition.
4. Picnics and outdoor crafts: Setting up picnics in the park, playing with bubbles, or even creating nature-inspired crafts,

The most important part about being a nanny...

Being a nanny is more than just a job to me. It's about building meaningful connections, fostering a nurturing environment, being a positive role model, encouraging growth and development, and ensuring the well-being and safety of the children in my care. It brings me immense joy to make a positive impact on their lives and create cherished memories together.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One memorable moment I had with the kids was when we decided to have a "cooking challenge" in the kitchen. We divided into teams and each team was tasked with creating a unique dish using a limited set of ingredients. The creativity and enthusiasm in the room were palpable as the kids brainstormed and experimented with different flavors and techniques. The kitchen turned into a chaotic but exciting space, with flour flying and laughter filling the air. In the end, we had a taste test and the kids proudly presented their creations. It was a hilarious and delicious experience that not only showcased their culinary skills but also taught them about teamwork, creativity, and the joy of trying new things. And, Ofcourse we learned the value of cleaning as you cook!
