I am looking for a career change and absolutely love children. Worked in childcare from the age of 15-17 and have plenty of experience being a mom myself. I understand the plight of working parents and especially working parents with special needs children. I earnestly feel that our children's early formative years are vital for the success of their future as well as our own.
