A little bit about me

My name is Christy and I have been a private care nanny for 10 years. I have worked with children from newborn to 13 years old. I have experience with children with diabetes and am comfortable assisting in special needs care. Before Covid I was in school as an Early Childhood Education major, in hopes of becoming a preschool teacher. While I have not yet been able to finish my degree, I have gained a wealth of knowledge from the time I was able to spend in school, and have been able to apply it to my job as a nanny. I was also previously a Certified Nursing Assistant, but left it to work with children. As part of my certification, I was trained in CPR and first aid for both adults and children. However my certification has since expired. I have a reliable and insured car and a valid drivers license. I love all animals and have several of my own. I have no problem caring for and walking pets. I don't mind light housekeeping or cooking. I love cooking, baking, arts, crafts, and games.
