More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I'm currently employed at Pure Light Family Chiropractic where we take care of infants to grandparents! The majority of the practice is built upon family wellness- chiropractic adjustments to make sure each person’s nervous system, immune systems and development are as optimal as possible. I've spent a lot of time helping with kids, holding babies, keeping little ones entertained, and supporting parents during appointments. I’m very hands-on, calm, and attentive, and kids tend to warm up to me quickly 😊
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating a fun, engaging, and balanced environment for kids. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, outdoor play, water activities, reading, and imaginative play with toys.
I also enjoy involving kids in simple, age-appropriate tasks like cooking and tidying up, helping them build confidence and independence in a natural and realistic way.
Whether we’re getting creative, playing outside, or having a calm moment with books, I always aim to keep kids engaged, learning, and having fun in a safe and positive environment. I'm not one to sit around!

The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, the most important part of being a nanny is building a genuine connection with each child and recognizing how important the first five years of life truly are. Those early years are so foundational, and creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel secure, supported and able to grow is important to me.
I also believe in supporting parents as much as possible, helping create a sense of ease and trust so the whole family feels cared for. I understand how valuable time is with our kids and as a mom I know how quickly those moments go by. Being able to support parents- whether that’s giving them peace of mind or helping create more quality time with their children-is something I truly value.

My experience with special needs children...
Working with and supporting individuals with disabilities has always been close to my heart 🤍
I spent years on the board for Opportunity Foundation of Central Oregon, and I also have a neighbor with Down syndrome who I truly see as an adopted brother.
Those experiences have shaped how I show up with patience, compassion, and a deep respect for every individual. I strive to create a space where kids feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. I'm in tune and can adapt well to unseen situations.

Hello!
I have 3 kiddos of my own. (All of whom are occupied with school during the day). My oldest is 16 and my youngest is 5. They are the world to me, so I can understand the importance of looking for a caregiver! We love going to the park, taking walks, watching movies, playing sports, board games and reading books. I personally love to do crafts with all my Littles. They're usually a big hit!
My experience with child care is well over 20 yrs. From infant to preteen. I'm extremely comfortable and happy to be around children. I absolutely adore them.
I have been CPR Certified for over 18yrs. I continually take classes and renew my certification as per the guidelines.
