More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have been babysitting consistently since I graduated high school in 2023. Aside from babysitting for other families I have a 10 year old brother that I care for so I am consistently around children. I am comfortable caring for infants, toddlers, and children below the ages of 13.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy playing outside, going to the park, board games, painting, coloring, and other crafts. It's kind of tricky keeping children entertained due to the extreme heat in Arizona so I prioritize doing activities in cool settings. Another thing I keep in mind is how much screen time they receive throughout the day
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is understanding the importance of caring for a child. It's being able to create a safe, caring, and dependable environment where any child can feel comfortable, supported, and able to grow.
My experience with special needs children...
I do not have much experience with special needs children but my younger brother suffers from seizures so I have been raised to be extremely aware of children and how they are feeling.
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite memory I have was when it was about a week before Christmas and I took the children I was babysitting to the store to get a toy each and then we went back home and made hot chocolate, built gingerbread houses, and watched a few christmas movies.

Live-In Full-Time Child Care Provider Available in Phoenix, AZ: Nicole R.
I am a devoted Lead Nanny and early developmental specialist who brings equal parts clinical-level expertise, proactive structure, and genuine warmth into your home. My foundation in caregiving began at age 15 assisting my mother, a postpartum doula, which instilled in me a deep, intuitive attunement to newborns, infants, and mothers. In my professional career, I don't just supervise children—I step in as a proactive partner to take complete ownership of daily routines, physical milestones, and whole-child wellness. Beyond my direct work with families, I serve as a Lead Nanny who supervises and trains over 65 nannies in early childhood best practices, and I am the founder of Shekinah House, a non-profit dedicated to female empowerment. When you welcome me into your home, you gain a fierce advocate for your child’s safety, health, and happiness.
