Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I started babysitting when I was about 12 years old. Since then I’ve cared for a range of families with children of varying ages(ranging from infant to preteen), diverse backgrounds and different needs. I also have helped in raising my younger brother(pictured with me in my profile pic,) who has special/developmental needs. I have 2 years of professional nannying experience for a family of 2 with special needs. I have over a year of paraprofessional experience at a High-school for SPED.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love bringing kids on adventures, indoors and outside, but I especially love to explore anything nature oriented! When I nannied, over summer break we frequented local parks, public pools, the library and aquarium!

Creating a safe space for my kids, physically and emotionally/mentally.
My experience with special needs children...
I have lifelong experience with special needs. My younger brother has FAS(fetile alcohol syndrome), ADHD and general developmental delay. I also have extensive experience with ASD, ODD and other developmental disabilities.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There’s many great moments to chose from, but I think my favorite is a “puppet” show of sorts I helped my kids create and record. It was their rendition of the show, “Numberblocks!” It was very well executed if I say so myself haha. I still have the video, such a hilarious, entertaining and wholesome day!
