Hi, my name is Cindy! I have worked in the childcare industry for over 15 years with newborns through to elementary and teens as a nanny and I have worked for two private schools locally in kindergarten. I have a background in Elementary Education. I love imaginative play, sensory discovery, and reading to kids and sparking their imaginations. I get on the floor and play, read, and sing at developmental level. I do not use technology or TV unless you have that reserved as a reward. Personally. I am a mom to 3 near adult boys which gives me the extra experience of knowing whether a child needs some extra love and hugs or some space. I help with basic baby sign language before babies are even verbal. The children I take care of feel safe, loved, and I give them 100% of my attention.
