I have been a nanny for a sweet 3 month old baby, so my time with her often looks like bottle feedings, tummy time, naps, diaper changes, and of course play time! Her family and I had a system where I would be available whenever they needed me, but that she could come to my house for the flexibility. She has been with me overnight a couple of times, and I would drive to pick her up, or her family would drop her off.
