A little bit about me

I have 5 nephews that I Love and Care for as my own and have babysat each of them, sometimes all together or separately. I am very active in my nephews lives and try to attend every play, band concert, swim meet, baseball, basketball and soccer games they have. I also have 2 fur babies that I love so much and they were both rescues as well. Their names are Scruffy & Houdini. I've also taken a training at a local non-profit to be a reading buddy for elementary school students & I've mentored a high school student since 2016. Also, her and I are still in contact as she currently attends UNT. Super proud of her! I'm big on education with kiddos and when with my nephews, I always ask them to tell me one thing they learned and what about it sparked their interest. I find it important to engage into conversation with my little dudes about their schooling. I'm an outdoorsy kinda gal also and have gone on solo trips hiking in Colorado to trips with friends to Whitaker Point in Arkansas.
