I am 29 years old and work full time as a night shift nurse at Brigham & Women’s hospital. Prior to nursing school up until I got my license, I was a part time nanny for 2 boys with varying learning abilities, ages 5 & 8. Prior to them, I was a frequent babysitter in my neighborhood growing up.
I am looking for a flexible schedule for my days off/any morning after 7:30am, as well as date nights or overnight care.

I am currently a labor and delivery nurse, and my prior nursing experience ranges from oncology to medical/surgical care of adults.
Prior to becoming a nurse, I was always babysitting and nannying.

My experience with special needs children...

I studied communication disorders in college prior to deciding I wanted to pursue nursing. Throughout grade school and college, I was a volunteer in several different organizations supporting children and adults with varying abilities throughout communities.
My favorite experience was interning for an early intervention service, where I worked alongside all kinds of healthcare professionals in a hands-on therapy session. This internship led me to pursue my career in nursing. Delivering babies now feels like a nice crossover.
