Aloha, I am Conlan Casal! I recently moved to South Florida from Ewa Beach Hawaii and am currently in between jobs during my transitioning. I come from an entertainment/ fitness background but I am moving away from the entertainment and closer towards fitness full time. I have worked with many children in a fitness setting as well as worked one on one as live in manny lol in Hawaii to a now 10 year old for many years doing basic clean, tutoring, and day to day activities.
