The most important part about being a nanny...
To me, one of the most important things about being a nanny is establishing trust but also setting those boundaries to ensure i am still listened to and respected. I’m all about making sure my kids i work with are like my little best friends but they still need to listen to me. I am younger so it’s easier to connect and have that kind of relationship but they can also take advantage of that and not see me as someone in charge and feel as though they don’t have to listen so having that balance is very important!
The most important part about being a nanny...
my favorite moment as a nanny was probably when I would leave my kids in the evening and they would always beg me not to go, it made me feel great inside knowing that they loved having me round:)
