Since I have only been a Nanny one time and the rest of my experience as a Childcare Provider my favorite moments experienced with each is when I see any child I have cared for Out in public and they run up to me all SMILES ! Or when a parent texts me out of the blue with a child talking of what we did, or that they learned something from our time together.
