Hi! I'm Connor but I go by Kitty :) I've worked with school age children in 2 daycares, as a substitute teacher for grades K-4, a Kindergarten aide, and a Kindergarten teacher! I have my Driver's license and a clean driving record, as well as being CPR and First Aid certified. I'm outgoing and a total people person, as well as a fast learner with a strong work ethic. I also love music and anything creative! I believe kiddos need safe spaces to play and make mistakes in order to grow into their best selves :) My favorite part of the time I spent teaching was being able to build up each individual connection with my students, so I'm looking forward to giving nannying a try!

I worked for several months each at two daycare facilities, both with school age children.
I also worked in a classical elementary school as a substitute teacher, a Kindergarten aide, and a Kindergarten teacher.
I also used to do childcare at my church which ranged from K-7 :)

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love all things creative, from music to crafts. I also love nature walks to learn and appreciate the world around us! I also love when kiddos engage in imaginary play (it's surprisingly rare nowadays!) and am always down to watch a little Bluey :)

My experience with special needs children...

I have worked with multiple children with different levels of needs. My primary experience is with children with Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia, with a tiny bit of experience working with a child with Down Syndrome as well.
