A little bit about me

Hi, my name is Constance Watson. I am a 19-year-old childcare provider in Utah with lifelong experience caring for children in a large family. I have been caring for children since age 10 and have experience with infants, toddlers, and school-aged children.

I worked in my high school daycare program for one semester and have completed online childcare courses. I am CPR certified and willing to complete in-person certification if required. I have a valid driver’s license and my own vehicle.

I am comfortable with childcare duties including meal preparation, light housekeeping, bathing, dressing, diaper changes, feeding, playtime, and bedtime routines. I also have experience caring for special-needs children, including autistic family members, which has helped me develop patience and adaptability.

I believe in positive, respectful discipline and do not practice physical punishment. I aim to work closely with families to support their routines and values.
