Most of the children I babysit come from my job, so they know me beforehand and will be begging their parents to have me babysit. It warms my heart!
A favorite moment I had with a student was when I spent time teaching her a song during the school year. At the end of the school year, I asked all my students what their favorite part of the year was, and that student replied that her favorite part was when I taught her the song! Another moment which truly warmed my heart and made me grateful for the opportunity to impact children in a beautiful/ memorable way.
