Love the kids with all your heart and treat the kids as human beings and with respect! Keep them safe and be a safe place for the kids to come to talk and be themselves! Realize that kids have feelings and sometimes it's hard for them to express them so give them some space and not be hard on them!

When the kids I watch tell me they love me or if I'm supposed to be get them ready to go somewhere and they say they wanna stay with me instead. I love it when were playing and we're all having the best time and all of us are laughing and giggling!
