Hi everyone I’m Courtney! I’m 27 and after working in corporate America the last 7 years I’m looking for a change and want to do work that makes me happy and that I feel actually has a helpful impact. I’m the 2nd of 5 kids and grew up helping my mom in her in home daycare that she ran in the 90s-mid 2000s so I’m very familiar and comfortable with childcare. My philosophy is that as human beings we all owe a base level of respect, kindness, and understanding to the person next to us and that includes children most importantly. I’m a kind hearted, easygoing, respectful person and I’m hoping to assist a family with similar attributes.
