Children are fun, and very interesting, open-minded individuals and that gives me drive to be a nanny. You learn something new everyday with kids, even when you are the one trying to teach them. I am a kid at heart and I believe that's what you need to babysit. You can be strict at times when needed but you wouldn't want someone that's not going to interact with the child, that's something I would do even on a boring day I would make it fun playing games, going outside to the park, arts and crafts.
