More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I am CPR certified. I also have my 45 hour certification from DCF. I have several other certificates for example proper way of sleeping etc. I am also a CNA. I also have a certificate for a teacher assistant for grades K through 5th grade.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I really enjoy doing art's and craft's projects. One thing I really like doing is making up are on games for a learning experience if a child is struggling with math or some other subject we will create a game and make it fun and learning experience all in one. I enjoy story time and coming up with our on stories. I also enjoy going to the park and taking walks. And I even enjoy setting down on the floor and pretend play with the kids that's my second favorite thing to do besides art's and craft's projects.
The most important part about being a nanny...
When you are a nanny/sitter there is so many important things that you are big part of. You have to have lots of patients and you have to be understanding because every child is different. You have to show them love and sometimes you have to get on their levels as a nanny you build a special bond with each and every child. You have to learn the do's and the dont for each child. You build a friendship with them and you watch them grow and strive. Every child is different and that's something that u have to realize. Love patience fun stability trust are all very important.
My experience with special needs children...
I have worked with several kid's with special needs with the following ADHD , autistic, autism, high functioning autism/autistic. Also I worked with kids that has been through trauma and kids with bipolar and depression/anxiety and with kids that have learning disabilities and that haven't reached their milestones for there age.
The most important part about being a nanny...
There's way to many memories to list. They was this one time I was changing a diaper and believe u me it was filled for all the sudden I was wiping and cleaning him I put the clean diaper under him and all of a sudden he squirted pup all over my shirt my face and all I could do was laugh and he was laughing so hard even though it was mess but it was funny. And another good good memory when she took her first steps screaming every little breath chris chris I cried like a little baby that day. Like I stated I have so many good memories way way to many to list
