Hi, my name is Dakota and I have been working with children for 5+ years! I am currently a special education teacher in a visually impaired pre-k classroom, and I have my substitute teaching license in the state of CO. I additionally have my registered behavior technician (RBT) certification, and have experience as a behavior therapist working with children with autism, in both at-home and clinic settings. My other childcare experiences include working in a daycare with 0-3-year-olds, an occupational therapy internship in a special education setting, and being a camp counselor to 5-11-year-olds! I love working with kids and fostering a fun, welcoming environment. I studied human physiology and Spanish in college, and additionally know some American Sign Language.
