Hi there! My name is Dakota.
I’m a 22 yr. old woman who loves working with children and finding ways to immerse them in learning rich environments all with extra compassion! I love being in the out doors, playing sports , and spending time with my dog and family. I have 4+ years of professional work experience with kids. For over 2 years I was an assistant director for the preschool and kids camp program at Sun Valley Resort. Upon coming back to my hometown in Caldwell, I began working as a Registered Behavior Technician for kids on the autism spectrum implementing 1:1 ABA therapy. I am comfortable working with all ages and familiar with finding ways to help motivate children and make learning fun! I’ve potty trained dozens of children and can aid in that too! I’m absolutely okay with any of your family’s furry friends , and can easily connect and understand your family’s needs and expectations. I have 2 years of experience working with children aged 2-12 on the autism spectrum. I have done over 2000 hours of direct 1:1 therapy using ABA. I train new staff on each client using behavior skills training and help asses their competency on the comp. Assessment.
