Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
in my role as a registered nurse for over 4 years, most recently in mother-baby care, where I supported both newborns and their families. I have also been babysitting since I was 13, caring for children of all ages, and worked as an infant room assistant teacher for 3 years during college. During highschool I also obtained over 1000 volunteer hours at my local children’s hospital in Maine! These experiences have given me a strong foundation in both child development and safe, nurturing care.

I love being outdoors! Running around, playing sports, using our imagination!! I was on the swim team for 4 years so I’m very comfortable in the water with little ones as well! I love building legos and playing house and doing really whatever the child is into!
The most important part about being a nanny...
I love joining the family - I don’t want to just be a nanny who shows up to my scheduled shifts. I love creating relationships with the children and parents so we all feel comfortable around each other!

I love being able to watch the kids I nanny grow! My most recent favorite nanny moment was with a family I took care of in Nashville for the last 2+ years - I would pick the boys up from daycare and I love watching them run up to the door excited to see me and going home and playing with their excavators (Blippi music playing in the background of course!!!) I even got to take them to the children’s museum to see Blippi live and that was so fun!
