A little bit about me

My name is Danna. I love children but can't have any. Since I was younger I was always the one taking care of the younger ones and they tended to gravitate towards me. I haven't done any paid childcare before, but I do have experience in dealing with difficult kids as I was the only one with the patience necessary to not give up on them. I believe all children need the attention and love they deserve no matter if they"act out." I also beleive they deserve immense patience as they are only starting out their lives and have a lot to learn. As a nanny I do not believe in punishing kids as that is the responsibility of the parents and every parent has a different parenting style. I respect that as long as the children aren't neglected or abused. However, I do believe in guiding children away from any negative behaviors they display while they are in my care. I believe communication between parents and nanny is very important to provide the care you expect for your children.
