I am a recent graduate from Brigham Young University Idaho with a B.S. in Professional Studies: Child Development with a minor in Communications.
I have been a direct care professional, assistant teacher, and lead teacher. Working as a direct care professional provided me with the opportunity to assist people with disabilities and health conditions ranging from 16 to 50. I worked as an assistant teacher for Montessori Academy where I helped toddlers understand and learn basic life skills. While attending Brigham Young University in Idaho, I worked in a toddler lab where we evaluated and worked one-on-one with toddlers to improve their social and emotional skills.
I have several years of experience working as a nanny for two separate families with children ranging from 4 months to 2 years. I have been a babysitter for families of the community and I work well with younger children.
