I LOVE doing art. I love being able to capture the children's personalities and capabilities for the parents and children to look back at in the years following. As well as I love to teach kids to dance and learn rhythm

Making sure the children are showed loved and compassion. They are tiny adults who are just in the process of learning and we as adults should recognize this and help them to grow.
My experience with special needs children...
At the daycare I worked at, we were the only center who would take in special needs children. More than 25% of our children were special needs, and I tend to gravitate towards them because I can understand their though process and actions easier due to my Social Work knowledge
The most important part about being a nanny...
I had not see the baby I had baby sit for a few years, and one day I saw them while shopping and they came up running to me and told me how they missed how attentive and fun I was as a babysitter
