I’ve only taken care of a special-needs kid only twice, and it was a family friends child. He had down syndrome and he’s mute. But those were the only times.

my favorite part about babysitting/being a nanny is the little milestones kids have. I was taking care of this little girl. She was about 10 months and her little sister like we should make her walk. And I was like OK and I was recording it just in case she did start walking and she did her first steps and I was so proud of her. It was one of the best moments ever.
