Creating a safe and fun environment for kids to grow. To me it's important to have enrichment activities but to also let them have fun and explore the world around them.

My experience with special needs children...
In my last job position I worked one on one in a preschool with a special needs child who needed extra support in the classroom. He was mainly non verbal, so we worked together to implement communication via sign language or other non verbal forms of communicating. I was responsible for managing behaviors and learned how to anticipate difficult behaviors in order to be better equipped in resolving them when they would occur.
