More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I have been a frequent nanny for a family of four since last year, and also have been babysitting for 5 years. I also have worked and trained in infant through preschool education for more than 2 years. I absolutely love to be with children and work to have a true connection with them. I am organized and always clean up after myself and the children. I also have a passion and talent for cooking, crafting, being outside and finding goofy and fun ways to teach and grow. I love dance, read, color, Make art projects, explore the outdoors to engage creativity and learning.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I know most kids enjoy going outside, and so do I, I love going on walks, playing in the yard, or going to the park. I love coloring and baking with the children involved. I am very involved with playing board games and with toys. And after a long session of excited playing or dancing, cuddling in the sofa while watching a show or reading a good book is a great way to settle down before a yummy meal.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I believe being a nanny, or a babysitter is such an important and rewarding job. I think it so important for the children to get to know you and be comfortable with another person outside of direct family and they will greatly benefit from that love Moving forward in their lives, wether they remember me as a person or not, I hope that I can still have a close relationship with them in the time that I have with them, and I know that not only may they benefit from the activities and extra attention, but I know that I can also learn a lot from the children and I will benefit as a person and a possible parent.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with children from ages 2- 15 years old with levels of autism and other emotional and behavioral challenges. I personally have ADHD and OCD and can use my own challenges to adapt and support another child that have similar struggles and needs support in a slightly different way.

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite nanny moment is any little moment watch children use their imaginations and exploreing things that they enjoy. I also love to see pure excitement and cute moments between siblings and one on one interactions between myself and the child.
