My experience with special needs children...
I have work with autism down syndrome.I also have myself a resignation disorder, special needs kid.So I know how to work with disability kids.I'm very delicate and I know how to work with a special need. I have done meds and gave kids there medicine.Whenever they needed , it did get it on time
The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite moment as a nanny was basically raising these little girls, that was a year apart in, I just love that they appreciated me and told me how much of a great job I was doing, because I am very like overthinker, I feel like I'm doing such a bad job when everybody has said. You were a really good hard worker. So I feel like I've had awesome moments with all my kids, they giggle, I make sure they get on bed on time. I just love it, I love being a caretaker.
