I am the oldest my mother has five children including me I have helped raise all four of my siblings I have three sisters and one brother younger than me I have helped raise them care for them and still from time to time look out for them help them with homework and babysit from time to time with my nieces I have a two-year-old needs and a 6 year old niece that come over frequently and visit me I have a very kind heart loving giving her and person as well I have loyalty and respect for my elders and for a people in general I have good morals and values I'm also religious and I'm a follower of Christ Jesus and I have a lot of patience with children I have a lot of different strategies to teach children certain things like communication with other kids and how to react with other kids and how to talk to children with a gentle soft tone but yet still manage to make them understand me and respect me I don't believe in physical discipline at all I don't believe that that is the way to go as far as discipline there's many different strategies that a parent supervisor nanny can you use and that parents should use
