If you don’t listen, see, and understand the younger ones who are learning constantly then there will be no connection and it will be a hard time for both you and child. It is important to allow them to express themselves and feel understood.

My favorite nanny moment is when the kids ask their mom when is the next time they see me so they can fill me in on all the new and exciting things they have going on. It makes me happy yet sad to watch these little humans grow right before my eyes in such short time. Truly a beautiful experience, I love my job.
