A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Destanee and I am 28 years old. My previous experience with childcare comes from mainly helping out my family. I was always the peacemaker for my little cousins. As I got older and my older siblings had children of their own, I loved to babysit them. I treated them as if they were my own. While I was in college, I didn’t have much time for a job except for when I was on certain breaks from school. When I changed my major of study, I had more free time, in which I started working at the campus daycare. I worked there for about a year, a short year that brought me much needed joy and energy that I was missing for a while. It’s been a few years since I’ve worked professionally in childcare, but I have many, many years of experience with it that I’ll never forget, as caring for children, and people in general, comes naturally to me.
