I also love creating fun activities based on each child’s interests and personality rather than having every day feel the same.

The most important part about being a nanny is building a trusting relationship with both the children and their parents. I believe children should feel safe, loved, heard, and encouraged to be themselves while also having structure and consistency.
I also think being dependable and communicating openly with parents is so important. At the end of the day, I want families to feel confident knowing their children are in caring, capable hands.
