I have done volunteer work with children. One specific time was something called “Santa Clothes”. Around the holidays, the Monrovia Rotary invites families that are going through a difficult time, to Kohl’s, and the volunteers shop with the children and help them buy the necessities they need and clothes that’ll keep them warm in winter.
I also, baby sat for a family every weekend. The children were ages 6, 8 and 10. The family is friends with my aunt and since I also would care for my aunts children when her and her husband would go out of town, she introduced me to the family.
