I am a 23 year old mom enjoying life. If you need someone to engage with your child, I'm all aboard. Due to my background as a Daycare Teacher, I am used to being 100% present & engaged with the child by involving them in fun activities or just by interacting. I am kind but firm when needed, and will do my best to work with you and your child on any challenges that may come up. In my personal life I have a 2.5 year old son who I spend most of my time with! I truly care for every child I encounter & try to show that through any interaction with them.

More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

My childcare journey began as a sitter for one baby (11mo) in 2015 which escalated to a full-time nanny gig as the family grew. Since, I have worked different positions in childcare centers with various age groups as well as odd babysitting jobs throughout.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Indoors I love to do storytime, singing songs, pretend play, arts & crafts, sensory activities, building blocks, dance parties.
Outdoors I love fun games like Hide & Seek, enjoying/observing nature, cloud watching, riding bikes, water play, going to the park.

The most important part about being a nanny...

To me the most important part about being a nanny is how rewarding it is. At the end of a long day, you smile because you made a difference. Even if it was just helping two tired parents out by taking over with the children, or making your nanny kids' favorite dinner meal.

My experience with special needs children...

I have a year experience working with an autistic child who was almost 2 years old. I got to experience certain behaviors and how to help him work towards being successful in a daycare environment, and in general. It was amazing to see him progress.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments is working with my first nanny family. I started very young (15) and I remember they treated me like family. Over the years as I found more opportunities and went different directions, their children still talk about me and ask when they will see me again.
