My experience with special needs children...
I have a sister who has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and autism since she was a baby. I have been helping and taking care of her ever since then. She is 20 years old so I have plenty of experience to understand the capabilities to help a child who has special needs. I do all the caregiving needs for them and I'll always sing and play with them & put a smile upon their face. I will always make sure they are satisfied and treated with wholesome love and support they need and deserve.
The most important part about being a nanny...
I will say goofing off while singing and dancing to music and enjoying hearing them laugh as they tackle and hug each other.
