I’ve been working with children for over 25 years with a true passion for teaching; receiving a degree in early childhood education and then completing my Montessori infant toddler teaching certification. Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I find fun and structure work hand and hand; allowing for a general daily schedule that is full with activities and experiences that challenge a growing mind, fulfilling a fun loving heart and keeping the day moving in a direction that's best for their growing body and mind.
It would be my goal to spend some time outside everyday; whether it's going for a walk, stopping at a park, water play in the backyard, a trip to the pool or just running around playing....the outdoors is and always will be a place for endless fun and education.
Implementation of age appropriate activities using simple household items, games, crafts, sensory play, baking, leaning and reading can become a part of most every day.

I have experience working with children with special needs; physical and mental delays. Additionally, I have worked with children with major health concerns and children with educational delays.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I enjoy, and love watching and being a part of the quick changes in the growth of children of a young age. From being just able to recognize an object, to then being able to track it, to holding it, then passing or placing it, to understanding its use and naming it, to them teaching another little one about said object and sharing what they learned with others. This is where my true joy comes from.
