Being a positive role model, when not in their parents care, someone they can trust and rely on. I treat and protect all children as my own when in my care. It is my duty and responsibility to return children safe and sound back to their parents. It is vital I gain the trust if the parents and their children!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is when my, at the time, 16 month old spoke her first words “bye-bye” to me as I was leaving to go home. She was not yet verbal when I first got her in my care. I was so proud of her!
