I used to work at a daycare and we had a kid who had autism nonverbal. He would have meltdowns every day. I was the only teacher that he could calm him down because I reminded him so much of his mom so it works.

my favorite nanny moment is my last day watching this little boy he had to go home. He made me this car telling me that I was the best and his best friend he’s ever had and it made me cry because I was gonna miss that kid.
