I have done many years of volunteer work with make a wish, the down syndrome organization, the blood cancer organization and Ronald McDonald. All in honor of my sister who has down syndrome and battled blood cancer at the age of 4.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love painting, coloring and making cards. I love doing different experiments and learning and growing at the same time.

My experience with special needs children...

I have experience with almost my whole life in special needs. My little sister has down syndrome and she has been in various different programs throughout her life. If I have lived close, then I have always volunteered in all her groups!

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite moment is when the family with 2 little boys started calling me their sister and the parent's started calling me their daughter. My favorite moments are when I've been called family.
