i have experience working with children of different ages through being a teacher’s aide and teaching bharatanatyam, an indian classical dance, to younger students. i spent years helping teach children at my dance academy, which taught me a lot about patience, communication, responsibility, and keeping kids engaged. i also come from a close family and have always been very comfortable caring for and spending time with younger children.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
going on walks, playing at the park, reading books, arts and crafts, board games, pretend play, baking, dancing, helping with homework, watching movies, and finding fun activities based on each child’s age and interests. for babies and younger children, i also enjoy things like tummy time, sensory play, and other age-appropriate activities that help keep them engaged.
