More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I was the Lead teacher for a recreational program, where I taught/managed about 80 children Mon-Fri. I got promoted to the lead position just after a year of being there. I also worked as a teacher’s aide this past year at an elementary school.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I am such a music person, I love to sing and dance I think it is such an important part of life that gets taken for granted. I like to paint and do arts and crafts(depending on the child’s age we can do more or less). I like to go for walks and enjoy the sunshine! Reading time with children is something I enjoy doing as well. Just being present and in the moment with children is important to me because it makes them feel seen!

The most important part about being a nanny...

I think providing loving, caring support and guidance for the children are the most important things about being a nanny. Being a role model who not only is nurturing, but also can protect and provide a safe environment for the children is very important to me. Depending on the child’s age, providing age appropriate activities and care is essential.

I have cared for children with autism and severe ADHD, as well as children with troublesome behaviors.
